About us

Four TV Studios from public service televisions of each of the Visegrad Four countries prepare a common TV magazine monthly.

All the four partners have always been equal cooperators. We began to prepare a common television magazine called QUARTET in 2000. Since then we have never ceased to produce it, although the directors general and political situations changed. RTVS - TV Studio Košice, ČT - TV Studio Brno and Ostrava, MTVA - Duna TV Szeged, TVP - TVP3 Rzeszow.

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Kvarteto program, a unique book was created, mapping a quarter-century of cooperation among public television stations in the V4 countries. The creators of the program reflect on the circumstances of its inception, unexpected challenges, and joyful encounters in four countries. The book is a tribute to international cooperation, which, over 25 years, turned into an exceptional television project connecting culture, traditions, and people in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia ( download PDF file ).
